Various programs were organized at the District Government Public Library, Jhalakathi on the occasion of the celebration of "Father of the Nation Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujibur Rahman's Birthday and National Children's Day-2024" on March 17. To this end, at 9:30 am in the morning, wreaths were placed at the Bangabandhu and Muktijudda corner established at the district government public library office to show respect and honor to the father of the nation. Public library librarian Mr. Sheikh Rubel, cataloger Mr. Md. Nurul Islam, data entry operator Mr. Yunus Ali, book sorter Mr. Md. Ziaul Karim and other employees were present at the wreath laying ceremony. Then at 10:00 am, the officers/employees of the public library led by the librarian, placed wreaths on the Bangabandhu portrait of the district administration office. After offering the floral hymn, participated in the discussion held at Shilpakala Academy.
