জেলা সরকারি গণগ্রন্থাগার, ঝালকাঠি-এর তথ্য বাতায়নে আপনাকে স্বাগত। অফিসের সময়সূচি : সকাল ৯:০০ ঘটিকা হতে বিকাল ৫:০০ ঘটিকা পর্যন্ত। সাপ্তাহিক ছুটি : বৃহস্পতিবার ও শুক্রবার। তাছাড়া সরকার ঘোষিত অন্যান্য ছুটির দিন গণগ্রন্থাগার বন্ধ থাকে।

1. The application form should be collected, whose price is 10 / – (ten) taka.

2. Two (two) copies of passport size photographs and 1 (one) copy of stem size photographs should be submitted. 

3. Deposit of collateral in the prescribed category. 

4. The validity of the membership card is 1 (one) year.

5. At the end of the validity of the member card, the member card will be renewed with 50 / – (fifty) taka.
